On the afternoon of Sept. 11, Tan Zhen, deputy secretary of CPC Hai’an Municipal Committee and mayor of Hai’an City, and Zhou Xiaojun, deputy mayor of Hai’an City, led a team to Filmbase Technology Co., Ltd. for investment promotion talks. Zhu Longshan and Guo Deping, co-founders of Filmbase Technology Co., Ltd., extended a warm welcome to the visitors.

First, mayor Tan Zhen and his team visited the exhibition hall and honor room of Filmbase, where they learned about the company's development history, product theories and applications, as well as the achievements and honors of Filmbase over the years.

Filmbase is a national high and new tech enterprise integrating technology research and development, production, industrial cooperation and channel sales. The main products include smart dimming film, switchable smart glass, smart film curtain, LED transparent display and so on. Filmbase holds more than 50 domestic and international technology and product patents, including 37 patents for inventions. The company has become a quality partner for a number of domestic and foreign enterprises.

At the talks, co-founder Zhu Longshan elaborated on the industry’s situation, the company’s technological innovation, production investment and product advantages to mayor Tan Zhen. After that, Guo Deping introduced the company's organizational structure, business structure, market layout and future plan.

Finally, mayor Tan Zhen gave high recognition to the company's contribution to the industry and its future development prospects, and gave a detailed introduction to the location, talent, policy and resource advantages of Hai’an. He said Hai’an has developed manufacturing, complete industries, and a good industrial foundation, which can provide a high-quality environment for the settlement of the project.
